448. Fr. Ryan Homily - Judgement and Mercy

The Lord sits in heaven on the judgement seat, but from there He extends an overflow of mercy to us.  It is not judgement or mercy, but both, together.  We never graduate from the prayer "Lord Have Mercy," but pray it sincerely each day, that the Lord in His kindness, knowing our faults and failings, lavishes His mercy upon us.
